lateral raise is OK. It’s not as good as many of the others out there but it does have some good points. Small foot print ✅ easy to use ✅ rotating handles ✅. Negatives, no adjustments at all. If you’re shorter ( cough 😷 cough), then you’ll possibly need to add a plate under the feet for height. ROM is short at the start with the tension hitting Into the strength curve. It’s ok. But 🤷‍♀️ could be better. makes one (with. Chest fly as well) that is crazy adjustable and likely $1-2K Less.

Second best hip thrust out there… thank you for getting us one! Never tried 5 plates. This one was tough. Couldn’t lock out the last one so I took a seat. Love this feeling!
