A nice spray tan and good lighting helps a lot too

The process to get tho this point was grueling but seeing the end result is no doubt worth it all 🏆

Huge shoutout to my client .renfro for this unreal 5 month body recomp‼️

We had some hurdles to jump over in the beginning being that he has type 1 diabetes. But through some carb adjustments we were able to find something that worked well for him.

He was able to accumulate some major muscle development in the first phase and burn a good portion of his BF% in the second.

Both pictures are him sitting at 171 lbs which goes to show the scale isn’t a determining factor on progress.
