Still riding the high from our End of Season Tournament, what a week!!

Huge congrats to our champions: 8U Fighting Irish, 10U Sooners, and 12U Lions. You brought the energy, the grit, and the moments we’ll be talking about all summer.

To our coaches, thank you for showing up, pouring into these girls, and building more than just great players.

To our team moms, you are the heartbeat of every team. The vibes, the organization, the extras… all of it matters.

And to our parents and board, thank you for the cheering, volunteering, hauling gear, and making the magic happen behind the scenes. This doesn’t run without you.

Such a fun, memorable spring season. We can’t wait for the next one. ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Evaluations help us build balanced teams for an epic season! No tryouts here - everyone's on a team. Pitching and catching evals are optional, but mandatory for 8U, 10U, and 12U. Don't forget the Used Gear Swap - donate, shop, and gear up! Check the graphic for your arrival time. See you on the field! 🥎

Softball season is almost here ❤️🖤
A quick gear checklist to help families get set before evaluations, practices and games begin. Please note we will have two gear swaps coming up (Evaluations 1/20 @ Steed and again at the Pancake Breakfast/Team announcements (Tierra Grande - 9am 1/24)

✔ Glove sizing by age and position
✔ Bat length and drop guidance
✔ Face masks required at all SCGS levels
✔ Black softball pants required

Spring Softball 2026 is almost here! ❤️🖤

⏰ Registration closes Thursday, 1/15
If you’ve been thinking about signing up or have friends who are on the fence, now’s the time. Playing softball with friends makes it even better, and we’d love to welcome more girls into the SCGS community.

📣 Evaluation Night — Tuesday, 1/20 at Steed
Evaluations are not tryouts. Everyone makes a team. These simply help us create balanced, positive teams. No experience needed, including pitching or catching.

✨ Bonus: Used Gear Swap
Bring gently used gear to donate and browse for new sizes or equipment.

🥞 Pancake Breakfast & Team Announcements
Saturday, 1/24 · 9:00 AM · Tierra Grande
Girls will meet coaches, learn schedules, and get their team assignments. Plus pancakes.
