Sebastian Salsbury is putting in the work for a big fall season.
First up is the HOKA Kodiak Ultra Marathons 21K on Saturday, Oct 10. He finished 3rd in the 21K at Kodiak by UTMB last year and is headed back to Big Bear Lake to pick up where he left off.
Then it’s the 50K at Pacific Trails California on Nov 14, where he’ll take on more than double the distance in the Santa Ynez Valley, not far from the Santa Barbara trails he grew up on.
Two UTMB races in five weeks, and he’s training for both in the Astral Sphere with ImpactX photochromic lenses, which adapt to changing light as Seb moves from shaded forest to open ridge-line.
Good luck out there, Seb. We’ll be cheering you on.
