Both of these designs have now been reimagined by Steve Boysen for Judah Tudor as part of his ongoing surfing education / experience. Both of these designs can be ordered as custom through the shop.

Custom surfboards- can you really call yourself a Surfer if you have never placed an order for a custom board? Seeing your name on the stringer just does something good for the heart…. Some of the best boards I’ve ever had were complete one-off designs. Take advantage while it’s still common place and affordable!

Micah Beutz is well aware of how fortunate he has been in his surfboard building education, and his attention to quality and detail in his work is second to none.
Working through his young years under Donald Takayama, Chris Christensen, Jason Bennett (chemistry, surfboards) and now at Shoreline glassing as the color laminator for Josh Hall surfboards, Micah‘s own hand shaped designs are timeless tributes to the best work from the past, current and into the future of progression and style. Donald Takayama lives on through the Aloha that he shared as well as his hand work, which he passed down to a very honored few surfers and board builders.
