Here’s what Larry had to say about F45 .

F45 is the best group workout that I’ve ever done. The combination of resistance, hybrid and cardio workouts are perfect for achieving my fitness goals. My VO2 max increased 6 points since I started just a couple months ago. I highly recommend giving it a shot. Plus, the San Clemente location is a blast. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, funny and take a personal interest in getting to know you, helping you achieve your goals and feel welcome. The members are also awesome. A great mix of all levels of fitness and skill.

“When I started F45 I was hoping to attend twice a week. I soon realized I was instantly hooked here!

Now F45 has become an important part of my routine, not just for the workouts, but for the energy, encouragement, and vibe that everyone brings each day. It has also helped me a lot with mental health.
The coaches and members alike make it a place where showing up feels rewarding, and being acknowledged in this way is incredibly meaningful.
I’m grateful to be part of this community and look forward to continuing to push myself alongside all of YOU GUYS.
