sharpened his primitive spearfishing skills while in the Bahamas, field-testing the Mamba Pole Spear last season. New to pole spearing, Ryder closed the gap on wary fish, landing some memorable ones with the roller’s power.

“I had a great time hanging with Nick and Sierra in the Bahamas, using the Riffe Mamba Pole Spear. Nick’s experience over there played a big role, as we were able to go from spot to spot loaded with great fish. We all speared some really good eating fish. I was stoked on the performance of the Roller as I was able to pull off some shots I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking with a normal spear.”

Born and raised just minutes from Florida’s reefs, Nick’s been in the water for as long as he can remember. What started with collecting quarters off the pool floor as a kid turned into a lifelong pursuit beneath the surface.
