Jennie will be ROKing with you in Laguna Hills on Tuesday/Thursday evenings and mid morning on Wednesday plus 12pm on Saturdays in San Clemente! Woohoo! 🎉

Introducing our new class type NIGHT AT BODYROK!!!
No projector image so it’s a surprise for whats next. No usual lights except for the occasional random bright white lights that will flash on meaning you have to HOLD STILL just like the movie!

Otherwise you can use your flashlight if you need it. Can’t wait to see you all there!! 🤪🔦

This weeks “How To” with ✨Jenny✨ the lying leg sweeper! Deceiving at first because you get the lay down but it really gets into the other thigh, outer glute and abductor muscles!
