NO ONE NEEDS EQUIPMENT
Letβs be honest, if you are motivated, have an amazing trainer, and a superb meal plan, you do not need to waste money on fitness equipment. HIIT training can be done with uphill sprints, elastics, sandbags, push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. Using machines, changing speeds, pressing buttons, and switching programs can be a real hassle, and it costs money.
The downside of not using equipment: It may take longer to reach your goals, and in some cases, it may present safety challenges.
