At Game Prep Baseball Academy we believe a combination of mindset and physical enhancement will yield the keys to individual development and achievement. Therefore, we merged with CrossFit 650 to not only provide athletes with instruction regarding all aspects of baseball but also sport specific training classes to elevate strength and overall athletic ability. Our Fall Program is designed for players serious about improving their individual skills, baseball IQ, and overall confidence heading into the spring season. With less emphasis on tournaments and more focus on player growth, athletes will train multiple times per week with professional coaching and cutting-edge player development technology.

Coaching Points:

- Looking to hit and drive the ball early in the count. Stay with that mindset, pitchers want to get ahead, the first few pitches are often the best you will see.

- You did an excellent job attacking pitches over the heart of the plate in leverage counts 
(0-0, 0-1, 1-0, 1-1, 2-0, 2-1, 3-0, 3-1).

- Continue to be aggressive on FB with 2X, only K of the game was looking on a 2X FB away. Only pitch you don’t want beating you with 2X is a FB away.
