Which bar is your favorite to train with in the gym?

⚫️ Deadlift Bar
⚫️ Squat Bar
⚫️ Ohio Power Bar

The USPA allows longer, 55 lbs bars for squats like the Kabuki Squat Bars we have at Fullsterkur. USPA meets also allow thinner bars for deadlifts, like our Texas Deadlift Bars. USAPL competitions require all three lifts to be performed on the same power bar, like the Rogue OPB.

Open Gym is BACK THIS WEEKEND! 🥳

Fullsterkur Barbell Club

Friends of members, non-members, powerlifters of all ages: come train with us, absolutely ✨FREE!✨No drop-in fees whatsoever.

Please be prepared to wear your mask in the building. We keep the garage door open and encourage everyone to social distance.
