Thank you for your patience, while we resolve any administrative hold ups getting our academy opened up. Everyone who has took the initiative to jump on our Presales program will receive a complimentary package set for our Stemwave therapy and treatment provided and hosted by .clear.skin. The team has history in the medical occupations aside from martial arts and invested our efforts into also providing medical scientific back recovery based treatments. ⚡️WE HAVE BEEN DELAYED.⚡️
The City of San Bruno has denied our Building Permit. We were instructed to make architectural corrections to our plans and resubmit our Building Permit.

⚡️We finally received our list of corrections. Lightning Jiu Jitsu has been working adamantly with our architects to make the adjustments and submit the revised plans.

⚡️We expect to have the plans completed by the 13th of February. We expect San Bruno to approve these plans by the 27th of February.

⚡️We expect construction to take 4-6 weeks. If all goes well, we have a new planned opening date Mid April.

⚡️We thank you all for your patience while we work through this process. We are working everyday to bring you a new Martial Arts experience. We thank you for all your support!

⚡Hello Friends, we have more updates on our progress⚡

⚡We have been granted our Conditional Use Permit, allowing us to operate as a Martial Arts Gym. With this permit, we are now able to apply for our Business License.
Concurrently, we have submitted the necessary paperwork for our Plan Approval Process. Once finalized, we can procure our Building Permit.
Once we receive our Building Permit, we can complete construction.

⚡️Hey everyone!! We have some updates with the gym.⚡️

⚡️Currently we’re waiting on the City of San Bruno to finalize our Conditional Use Permit. The permit was approved on 11/13 and we will receive the final, signed Conditional Use Permit on 11/24.

⚡️Once we receive the finalized Conditional Use Permit, we will then move on to the Plan Approval phase. Then our plans will need to be finalized and the City will need to look over and approve them.

⚡️After they approve our plans, we will receive our Building Permits and be able to complete construction of the gym. At which point, we can lay down our mats and open!

⚡️We are aiming to open February 2026. In the meantime you can support us by purchasing our merch, signing up for our Early Member Pre-Sales, and spreading the word!
