Omine Okinawa Karate Kobudo Dojo Due to pandemic we have closed the dojo and have in person classes on Sundays, Monday - Friday classes are virtual classes.

The place to achieve self-assurance, focus, and confidence along with extraordinary fitness through a proven system of Okinawan Karate called Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu.

We've become friends and family since we've met! A brother and a great karateka! In this interview he asks unique questions to share my journey in my life of karate.

Day 7 of 10: "Show and tell"
Pat McGale Sensei is one of those Sensei whose Karate and Kobudo speaks for itself. His pedigree is unquestionable born and raised on Okinawa, American Dad, Okinawan Mother, makes for the beginnings of an incredible journey.
He is generous and kind, in the way that only Okinawan People can be, he is a Father and a Husband and so much more.
I was so lucky to meet McGale Sensei through another great Friend Pedro Bernardy Sensei and later through my Okinawa Karate Podcast Brother and all our Friends in his international training group.
I think we recorded this a few years back, but since then his Family has become a part of my Family.
