Dropped 19 pounds, slashed cholesterol from 237 to 110, and drastically reduced my RA flare-ups, all without a single weight-loss medication.
My name is Rosa Linda, I am 65 years old and after 20 years with the same P*P I decided it was time for a new P*P. Change can be a bit scary, unfortunately I was in need since he was no longer listening to my needs. I chose to enroll with Dr Zunair Mushtaq with Health 210 with the suggestion of doctor who also see's him and is happy with his services.
From day one that I walked into his office he listened to me about my health issues that I had dealt with months prior. He first started with Lab work, referring me to a Nutritionist at my request and a therapist to adjust my Depression medication as well.
He stated they had a nutritionist on sight with The Thrive Program and was scheduled to see Stephanie a few weeks later.
I met with Stephanie, March 11 she listened to me about my health concerns due to my RA, DM, Heart Disease, Inflammation and weight gain. After explaining how the program would work, I decided to enroll to my benefit. Stephanie started me out with a Gluten Free program which at first was like, can I do this. I thought, well you are going to have to since you are paying for it and trust her. Gradually, once I got the hang of it, weight started to come off, flare ups were becoming less frequent, inflammation was down plus I really got myself disciplined with it.
After 18 weeks I have dropped 19.2 lbs (almost 20 lbs which is halfway to my final goal) and 13.5 total inches. This is good for me since at this time l am just doing light workout but working towards more.
Labs are the area that we are most happy with: Cholestrol 237 to 110 / Triglyceride 189 to 146 / HDL 54 to 49 / DLDL 158 to 34. I did all this without any weight loss medication.
It just takes a good staff like Health 210 that is will to listen to you and guide you in the right direction, as well as discipline yourself. I am not at my goal yet, but I will eventually get there with no hurry.
I want to say thank you to Dr. Zunair Mushtaq, Thrive and Stephanie.
