Some of our favorite athletes at Heavy Metal Fitness. 🖤💪

Twice a week, we have the privilege of welcoming an incredible group of athletes from Kinetic Kids into our gym. They come ready to work, have fun, challenge themselves, and give it their all every single time.

We also have to recognize their amazing coaches and therapists who are right there beside them—encouraging, supporting, and helping each athlete get the most out of every session. The care and dedication they give is truly special.

More than anything, we love knowing that Heavy Metal is a place where these athletes feel safe, supported, confident, and part of our gym family. Everyone deserves a place to get stronger, push themselves, and feel like they belong—regardless of ability.

They may come here to work out, but they give so much back to us. Their energy, determination, and joy are contagious. 🖤

This is what community is all about.

✨ We’re excited to welcome Libby Rothschild, MS, RD, LDN, to the Heavy Metal Fitness family!

Libby is now accepting new clients for both virtual and in-person nutrition counseling. She’ll be seeing clients at Heavy Metal Fitness every Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30AM–12:30PM, with additional in-person appointments available by request.

As a special welcome, all Heavy Metal Fitness members receive a FREE 20-minute nutrition consultation! Whether your goal is weight loss, improving performance, managing a health condition, or simply building healthier habits, Libby is here to help with personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance.

Libby is also a member of HMF so if you see her at the gym make sure to stop and introduce yourself 🤘🏽
