Come celebrate the grand opening of Gracie Barra Alamo Heights with Professor Bruno Matias from Gracie Barra Westchase & River Oak! On August 15th, we’ll kick off the day with a seminar for both kids and adults, starting at 9 AM for the little ones and 11 AM for the adults. This is a amazing opportunity to learn from one of Gracie Barra’s elite competitors. All Gracie Barra members are welcome to join us at no cost, and we look forward to seeing you on the mats! We will also be having a potluck with the team after, so bring your favorite dish to share!

Today is week 1 of our 16 week curriculum. Come join in on the fun! Kids learn self defense techniques, jiu jitsu foundation, learn how to move and understand their bodies all while having some fun. Our Tiny champs/Little champs start at 4:45pm and our bigger kids at 5:30.
