Hello June! So happy to have a great series of events and partnerships for you this month!!

Quick note - Yoga is cancelled today because Pearl is hosting a watch party for the soccer game, but we will be back next week (6/18) with a special session of Yoga Under the Stars: Pearl Pride Flow with House Of RhythOM !!! 7-8 pm 🌈

Also, don’t forget to register for International Day of Yoga where we will be co-teaching with two other wonderful instructors Saanvi Agrawal San Antonio Yoga in Boerne 🧘🏻‍♀️ In partnership with iDoYoga | SanAntonio Yoga Fest Free Community Yoga Yoga Day Nonprofit 🧘🏻‍♀️ 7-9 pm on Saturday 6/20 🌅 If you are a yoga teacher, we would love to recognize you after the class! You know what I used to do on Sundays?! Sleep until about noon. Then I would have the Sunday scaries allll day. But about almost two years ago I started teaching yoga on Sunday mornings and it has shifted my entire perspective on how I spend my Sundays. I love being there for you all in the morning and I love that you all show up despite the weather. This photo was taken two weeks ago on a particularly chilly day. But we were here, practicing yoga for ourselves - but with the support of each other 🫂

We first make our habits, and then our habits make us. Then we go grab a little treat or 🤓

See you all tomorrow and every Sunday from 10-11 am for Find Your Flow at Pullman Market. We’ll be out in the front patio by the plants. Come find us! 👀 🌱 🥰

I am so excited to announce that Nomadik Yoga is a partner in a very special Mother’s Day collab event with .satx at 😍 Home of the headquarters for and the very place where our Spurs practice 🏀

Join us for one activity or make it a day! Registration starts at 8 am and we kick-off the festivities with a run at 8:30 am. Yoga will take place around 10:30/11ish. Our flow will invite you to feel grounded in your body as we move with strength, softness, and presence, all while being held by the energy of community.

This is a FREE event open to all individuals and fitness levels, featuring a local wellness fair and a brunch option 💐 This event is for anyone who has shown up in life with a mother’s heart 💜 It’s dog🐕and family🧑‍🧑‍🧒🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒friendly!

Join us tomorrow for intentional 45-minute grounding sequence at Alta Rolling Apartments off 1604! This flow is created to inspire balance between finding alignment and softness in each pose, followed by a 15-minute meditation guided by the resonance of crystal bowls and a lavender scented spa towel to place over your eyes for ultimate relaxation in Savasana.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just showing up for movement, you’re welcome here.

Açaí bowls will be served before and after the class!
