Happy August friends! We will be at the Pearl every Thursday evening the share with you Yoga Under the Stars from 7-8 pm and live music by Joshua Ray Summey + every Sunday for Find Your Flow Pullman Market from 10-11 am 🧘🏽‍♀️

In 2017, we chose a quiet little evening spot to host a yoga class. It was on the lawn of The Pearl. The bottling department had just opened and we had no idea that it would inspire an entire fitness series at The Pearl, to include another yoga class hosted once a month by Black Swan Yoga! Shout out to our amazing friends and partners who make Thursday nights a whole experience! 4$ smoothies by drinkbuje 4$ beers from Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewing outside bar and our favorite pizza WonderSlice Pizza 😍 After yoga, join San Antonio AcroYoga for some fun on the lawn!

The joy of practice and the people that support you and teach you through it. I’ve been working on Pincha for a good decade now and FINALLY got some good air time! Thanks for capturing the moment 𝓛𝓾𝓹𝓮 🤍 😍 and the hot tip to imagine a ⭕️ and set my gaze at the center of it.

Yoga is a lineage practice. I love that my practice is tied to so many teachers along the way that have shaped not just my practice, but how I teach.

This Saturday 6/20 from 7-9 pm, we honor that lineage Hemisfair for International Day of Yoga. Hello June! So happy to have a great series of events and partnerships for you this month!!

Quick note - Yoga is cancelled today because Pearl is hosting a watch party for the soccer game, but we will be back next week (6/18) with a special session of Yoga Under the Stars: Pearl Pride Flow with House Of RhythOM !!! 7-8 pm 🌈

You know what I used to do on Sundays?! Sleep until about noon. Then I would have the Sunday scaries allll day. But about almost two years ago I started teaching yoga on Sunday mornings and it has shifted my entire perspective on how I spend my Sundays. I love being there for you all in the morning and I love that you all show up despite the weather. This photo was taken two weeks ago on a particularly chilly day. But we were here, practicing yoga for ourselves - but with the support of each other 🫂

We first make our habits, and then our habits make us. Then we go grab a little treat or 🤓

Join us tomorrow night! I’ll be hosting a little class with luxury apartments inside their gym and you all are invited! Grounding, beginner-friendly yoga flow with a sound bath and a lavender infused spa towel placed over your eyes during Savasana.
