Our Beginner Vault Clinic is coming this September! This beginner-friendly clinic is designed to help athletes build the strength, confidence, and technique needed for a strong vault foundation.

Athletes will work on running technique, hurdles & board entry, punching mechanics, hand placement, blocking, body shapes, and safe landings,all through fun drills and progressions!

📅 Saturdays: September 5, 12, 19 & 26

Our Front & Back Tuck Clinic is back this August and is perfect for athletes who are ready to build confidence, power, and technique in flipping skills!

Over four Saturdays, our experienced coaches will break down front and back tucks step-by-step using safe progressions, drills, and spotting techniques. Athletes will improve body shapes, rotation mechanics, air awareness, and landing technique in a fun, supportive environment.
