It’s all about listening to your body!! Not necessarily counting reps or sets, but doing what we need to do in order to get done while we’re training, in a way that is going to prevent injury in ultimately get us to where we want to be. I truly believe in these three exercises that you see me performing the pull up the dip and the ab crunch. Reason being, these three exercises is what is gonna help you build your foundation and order for us to actually build we have to have that foundation so I truly believe in these three exercises, and all that that they’ve done for me personally and all that they’ve done for my clients over the years. So with that being said, I recommend getting one of these tripod machines, whatever you wanna call it, I think I paid US$250, if you wanna know more about the brand that I bought, shoot me a DM.
