West Coast Swing has been the love of Kristen’s life for the last 4 years. She spent years dancing and choreographing for a company, performing Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Modern. She currently dances in the All Star division of West Coast Swing and is a consistent top placement holder and finalist. She also has a Classic routine with her partner Demetre Souliotes. They have competed their rou
tine in the US Open Classic Finals, and have since placed top 5 on the NASDE circuit multiple times. Kristen travels often, and is sought out all over the US to dance, compete, choreograph and teach West Coast; and even taught and competed in Korea and France. She loves sharing the joy of West Coast Swing through teaching private lessons, workshops, performing, and social dancing, and feels thankful to be part of the amazing West Coast Swing community. Brandon started dancing in 2004 at age 14. Because of his background in vocal music, his mother encouraged him to start dancing as well. After years of effort, he finally gave in. Little did he know; his passion for dance would turn into a lifelong hobby and career. He started out taking classes from D’Amico Dance, and worked with them to become an excellent dancer, instructor & choreographer. Now at age 26 Brandon has worked his way up the ranks of the WSDC worldwide ranking system, and is a consistent finalist. He also has a Rising Star routine with his partner Emma Cormie, which has consistently placed top three around the country, including Swing Diego. He is currently teaching group and private lessons. His quirky and fun, yet to the point teaching style is well loved by all. He is passionate about creating a fun, friendly & open environment in his classes. His other talents include: MC'ing swing competitions and other events, DJ'ing, and hosting private functions.
