At Jeff’s Gun Shop, we take pride in our work. It is very upsetting when we can not fix a firearm. We specialize in antique fi****ms cleaning, repair, some restoration, and refinish. Keep in mind 100-200 year old fi****ms are not always repairable. If parts are missing, it is very difficult and very expensive to make a part. Even if broken parts are present, some can’t be made at my shop with limited machinery, and on many occasions there are no replacement parts for many antique fi****ms.
We take pride in our work and will always do our best to fix your issue. Be patient please. Finding, or making parts and repairing and refinishing antique fi****ms takes time. Your parts do not find themselves. It can take months, even years of searching to find useable working original parts. We will only use reproduction parts at customers approval and when there is no other alternative.
