DDP YOGA Workouts combine yoga positions, sports rehab therapy, old-school calisthenics, and dynamic resistance. Designed to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing core muscles, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance. All this while delivering a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact.

DDPY is featured in the new Tubi release Change or Die, and The Resurrection of Jake the Snake.

Today wasn’t just about new belts. it was about celebrating every moment these kids showed up, pushed through challenges, and proved to themselves that they can do hard things.

To all the kids who earned promotions (and even those who couldn’t make it): your effort, discipline, and heart are what truly stand out. Every class, every drill, every time you got back up — that’s what got you here.
And to the parents: thank you for believing in your children and giving them the chance to grow in confidence, character, and resilience through jiu jitsu. 🙏
