OVERNIGHT OATS
1/4c oats (I use GF oats)
1/2c almond or Coconut milk
1t maple syrup
2T shaved almonds
1T+1t Pumpkin seeds
2t chia seeds
1c fruit
I mix all ingredients together then add fruit on the top. Store for overnight or at least an hour.
Heat up and enjoy.

I literally eat this every morning 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s so easy to prep ahead and have in fridge to just “grab n go” in the morning. Use any fav fruit. I also sometimes add a scoop of my superfood powder for protein 🟥. Also soooo good.

Say this over and over until you believe it!!!! I absolutely SUCKS when you feel like you’ve lost your way, your passion, your desire to live the life you once loved!!! That’s where I’ve been for the last 5 months. I DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!! I want ME back and the only one that can do that is ME!!!!!! So even if it’s baby steps, I am slowly finding ME again 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻.

Strong women can’t do it alone.
Strong women get desperate.
Strong women get lonely.
Strong women get insecure.
Sometimes, strong women even drop their crowns, or forget they’re wearing one altogether.

Strong women need help.
Strong women need a hand.
Strong women need support.
Strong women need to know they aren’t alone.

Strong women aren’t immune. They feel. They fear. They hurt. They get unsure. They lose their footing. They want to give up. They get down.

But strong women know their power is this: they rise. They get back up. Again and again and again and again.

They fight for what they believe in. They fight for their dreams. They fight for those around them. They fight for those who can’t fight.

They fight knowing they serve a God who is always on their side, who is the source of every good thing they have, they do, they are, and they ever will become. They know it’s not really them who shine, but Him.

They fight for themselves. They fight for their families. They fight for all the women who came before and they fight for all the women who are coming up right behind them.

They don’t just pave the way, they clear paths and plant new seeds for the next generation to build a garden of brand new beautiful things to bloom.

I LOVE that wherever I travel I can STILL be consistent with my workouts!! All I need is my phone 📱, my headphones 🎧 and a hotel gym!!!! So dang convenient right?
Being a BODI partner has changed my life for the best!!! When I’m home I just walk to my home gym (15 steps 😂) and push play. No driving, I can workout barefooted, wear whatever I want or don’t want to wear and I never have to wait for a machine because someone else is using it 🙌🏻
