Kagami Biraki. For decades, we did as many kihon (basic technique) repetitions as the year, e.g. year 2013 = 2,013 reps, etc. Sweating out bad habits and resolving self-improvement was always the New Year training event theme. Kagami = Mirror; Biraki = to Break With/Disprupt.

Kenseido will be moving to our new location Evolution Fitness
with classes restarting on November 29th.

Found this old brochure. Nearly all of the foursomes in this Tourney were SA Spurs players, coaches, and staff. They really showed up to support us!
