Thunderdome fitness was created in 2017 to help the greater San Antonio area stay on track when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Growing up on the Westside of San Antonio, I feel there needs to be a change in our community. I am here to help you and grow as an individual not only mentally, but physically and spiritually. Good afternoon everyone. Today is the start of my new one year plan of training and nutrition coaching. For all of you who are interested. It is 120 a month and you will have a full one year of training, nutrition coaching and meal planning. This i feel gives all of you a great opportunity to achieve your personal health and wellness goals. I teach you to build yourself a food menu that you can maintain. Teach you the tools to become a stronger healthier version of yourself through proper workouts designed to target your weakness. Teach proper form. For all of those who sign up. You have the opportunity to get one month for free if you find someone who signs up as well.

Hello everyone. So after thinking about it for some time
I would like to offer everyone currently training or will sign up or will sign up again this from here on out. A yearly contract can cancel anytime 120 a month for 2 or 3 sessions of your choosing each week. For example if you decide to train three times that week alright if you choose two that's fine as well

I want to give a highlight and congratulate to one my clients Sal. For the hard work he has put in over the past 6 months. He went from 320lbs now down to 280lbs. Back then the smallest tire was enough for him and now he is flipping one of my biggest heaviest tires i currently own. Weighing in at over 600lbs. Congratulations at the weight lost and the increase in performance.

Exercise and eating and sleeping habits play a huge huge effect on the endocrine system as explained in the video. Bad habits and eating bad foods can even go so far as to shut down hormone receptors and thus things like depression and weight gain or hard to lose fat happen. See excise is not just about muscle and fat loss its also about your body working 100% a 100% of the time. Disrupting your hormones can play a disaster on your emotions and effect your physically and emotionally. So lets counter act this by having good eating habits and getting plenty of exercise.
