Zercher Bag Squat Form

The Zercher Bag Squat is a great exercise for building lower-body strength, core stability, and improving everyday movement patterns.

Key Form Tips:
✅ Keep the bag close to your body
✅ Brace your core before each rep
✅ Keep your chest tall and shoulders back
✅ Sit your hips down and back as you squat
✅ Drive through your heels to stand tall

Remember: Quality movement always beats heavier weight. Focus on control, proper depth, and maintaining good posture throughout the exercise.
