What if the biggest thing holding your players back… isn’t their ability, but how they’re being coached?
This past weekend I had the privilege of presenting Mindship to a leading club in Austin.
As preseason begins, here’s one challenge for every coach:
Talk less. Listen more.
The best coaches don’t just teach the game—they understand the person playing it.
