Even though it was a day off for me work wise, I still made sure to get in my lift for the day 😎

I like to start my week out with a Leg day. It was a rather slow long lift, but I figured I may as well take advantage of having all the time in the world 😂

I also had extra motivation from because we kicked ass in our session right before my lift, so it motivated me to work out just a little bit harder 🙂😅 (I hope you’d like to know I’m dying now too) lolol 😊❤️
