Join us as we welcome Senator José Menéndez today, June 2, at 2 PM at our D.R. Semmes Family YMCA. He will present an official Texas State Resolution recognizing the YMCA's 150 years of impact.

This recognition follows the City of San Antonio's recent proclamation designating June 6 as Uniting Generations Day and June as YMCA Uniting Generations Month.

On June 6, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio celebrates 150 years of strengthening our community through connection, belonging, health, and opportunity.

For generations, families have found support, friendship, and a place to grow at the Y. As we celebrate this milestone under the theme Uniting Generations, we invite you to join us during Birthday Week (June 1–6), wear red on June 6, and help us honor the people and stories that have shaped our legacy.

It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and there's no better time to take that first step. 💚

This month, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio is offering new clients 3 counseling sessions for just $99, because showing up for help is already the hard part. We want the rest to be easy.

Counseling is available for individuals (12+), couples, and families. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify, and we now accept select insurance plans.
