9 on this fine Thursday morning! The beautiful lady front and center celebrated her 450th Camp Checkin! Way to show up!

Studies show when we start are day completing a task, such as making the bed or a fun workout 😉, we’re more likely to be productive throughout the day. So, make your bed and head out the door for a fun workout!

There were 11 this morning who showed up and worked hard. These women know the importance of taking time for themselves and taking care of themselves.
As caretakers, we frequently hear, “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” So much is expected of us. We give to our family members and friends. This is why it’s so important we take a fraction of the day to lift our spirits.
I personally love starting the day with a workout. It gets my mind in the right place for conquering the day. A morning without movement almost always sets me up for a sluggish and down kind of day. Anyone else feel similar?

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again:
I don’t have a weight-loss story. I have challenged myself physically and mentally to reach various goals. I primarily exercise for my mental health!
I exercise for the release of endorphins, aka happy hormones. I feel GOOD when I move my body. When I feel good, I’m CONFIDENT I can conquer anything!

I’m teaming up with other to provide an 8 week progressive strength building program for beginners. I’m SUPER excited to be providing NEW recorded workouts! We have come together to film our specialties, providing you with the best and variety for fun.

I’m only taking on 10 women who want to start the new year strong! 💪 Maybe you’ve never lifted before or it’s been awhile. This beginner strength training program is for you!
