Kiai Judo Club Judo is an art of self-defense, an Olympic sport, and the most widely practiced martial art in the world.

It is known for dynamic throwing techniques, but also involves considerable grappling on the ground utilizing specialized pins, chokes and arm locks. It is designed so that it can be practiced by all ages, both male and female. It is an excellent activity to increase physical fitness, self-esteem and self-defense
