We want to come together to help our fellow fitness family member in need. It will be ran like a Friday Night Lights with a couple workout heats, prizes, a silent auction, and more. Please join us to raise money for Fidela and her family. Friday at 5:30- we'll see you there!

Murph isn't just a workout; it's a tribute. Named after Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, this workout reminds us of the courage and dedication of our fallen heroes. As we push through each rep and each mile, we reflect on their selflessness and resilience.

Join us this Memorial Day as we honor our fallen heroes with the legendary Murph Challenge. It's more than just a workout – it's a tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

All fitness levels are welcome! You can complete the challenge solo or partner up with a friend. Modifications will be available for beginners.
