If you are going to demonstrate techniques on a student, you should probably spend some time with them showing them how to move with you first before you perform it at speed. It tends to reduce injuries....

We used to brag about no natural disasters hitting Cleveland. This is the first time in my lifetime that a tornado touched down on my side of the city.

Two other tornadoes were confirmed in northern sections of Ohio.
