SEPTEMBER IS UPON US 👟

This month we will be focusing on the PRing running times for:
➡️ 1 MILE
➡️ 5K (3.1 MILES)
➡️ 10K (6.2 MILES)
While we would highly encourage you challenge yourself to all 3 throughout the month, it’s okay to hone in on one goal and work towards CRUSHING it.🔥
This challenge won’t be an easy one.
It will be physically and mentally taxing…especially if running isn’t in your comfort zone.
Rest assured, we are here to help you and encourage you the entire time 👏👏👏
