This net looks small.

But this is the difference between “we run workouts” and “we build an environment.”

The floor matters.
The rim matters.
The details matter.
The way a kid feels when they walk in matters.

Because confidence doesn’t grow in sloppy places.

If we expect players to take their development seriously…
