After surviving a and being told I’d never workout out feel completely healed again , I decided that would not be my fate, but I thank God I can be here to show what’s possible, to show someone they can be more than they’ve dreamed, to be a blessing and example of Miracles God makes happen! Lol but as a trainer I can tell you that you’d be surprised how much these types envy each other, the skinny one wants to gain weight just as bad as the one on the right wants to lose it, both can win but it takes turning your “weakness” into your strength , before you follow any one size fits all fad diet or workout plan, take the time to find out what works best for YOU, if you don’t know where to start, DM me and I can help you 💯
