IMPACT Volleyball Club was established in October of 2005 and is under the direction of Ernie Leija. Our primary focus and objective is to provide an organized and competitive volleyball instructional program that will prepare young female athletes to compete at the highest level of competition in their respective age divisions. We accomplish this by teaching the most successful and proven techniq

ues in the game today. We also expect every athlete that joins our program to exemplify the utmost character, respect, and competitive spirit, on and off the court.
