Anyone can teach swim lessons but it takes years and experience to be good at it. Kids dont have the words to express fear, anxiety, the unknown. So I read their social ques. Do they tighten up when I move them, are they crying, are they curious, are they happy, etc....and then move at their pace. I allow them to do as much as possible on their own. I am just the safety net to make sure they have the knowledge and tools to succeed. I love it. A connection created in a space of growth and therapy 💙🙏
