Walzem Family YMCA We are excited to welcome you back to the Walzem Family YMCA! Come in and take a tour today! We will also have opportunities to join our Y as a Teen Member.

Adult and Senior members can join as Impact Members and enjoy access to the ForeverWell group exercise classes, gymnasium, pickleball, Y Healthy Living programs, a tech hub, and the virtual YMCA360 app. Thanks to the support from our community, the Y Teen Achiever program is available, but registration is required.

Our Back-to-School Supply Drive is underway, and we need your help!

We’re collecting new school supplies to support students in our community. Every donation, big or small, helps a child start the school year with confidence.

📍 Drop off donations at the Walzem Family YMCA until August 7.

Out of an abundance of caution, all YMCA of Greater San Antonio facilities will open on a delayed schedule tomorrow, Thursday, July 16, at 8:00 a.m.

Our team is continuing to closely monitor weather conditions overnight and throughout the morning. If additional changes to branch hours, classes, or programs become necessary, we will communicate them as quickly as possible.

We encourage everyone to stay safe, avoid flooded roadways, and follow guidance from local officials. If travel is unsafe in your area, please stay home.

If you're unable to make it to the Y, you can stay active with YMCA360 through your YMCA app, featuring hundreds of on-demand workouts, fitness classes, youth activities, and wellness content for the whole family.
