Championship season is in full swing! SA WAVE swimmers made the most of every opportunity at STAGS! Our swimmers delivered impressive races, new personal bests, and relentless effort!
* 66 Personal best times!
* 27 New time standard shifts!

Biggest Time Drop = Rowan Gedminas with a 8.54 second drop in the 200 Breaststroke. An overall 4.93% improvement from his previous best time!
*Most Improved = Logan Ferguson Zukerman with a 7.72 second drop in the 100 Butterfly. An overall 10.46%improvement from his previous personal best time!

All swimmers are welcome to attend as we discuss building confidence, coping with race anxiety, quieting the inner critic, and increasing connection to self. The Summer racing season heated up in Round Rock as the SA WAVE raced hard, brought energy, fast swims and continued building momentum for the long course season!
* 25 Personal best times!
* 10 New time standard shifts!

*Biggest Time Drop = Flynn O’Connell with a 22.29 second drop in the 200 Freestyle. An overall 10.28% improvement from his previous best time!
*Most Improved = Stella Gedminas with a 16.74 second drop in the 100 Backstroke. An overall 16.71% improvement from her previous personal best time!
