2026 ST SRG Arena Surge Shark Sizzler

The Summer racing season heated up in Round Rock as the SA WAVE raced hard, brought energy, fast swims and continued building momentum for the long course season!
* 25 Personal best times!
* 10 New time standard shifts!

*Biggest Time Drop = Flynn O’Connell with a 22.29 second drop in the 200 Freestyle. An overall 10.28% improvement from his previous best time!
*Most Improved = Stella Gedminas with a 16.74 second drop in the 100 Backstroke. An overall 16.71% improvement from her previous personal best time!

2026 ST HPAC Sunshine Splash
 The SA WAVE brought the sunshine to Corpus Christi as swimmers turned in strong performances and plenty of personal bests at the ST HPAC Sunshine Splash! * 51 Personal best times! * 23 New time standard shifts!  *Biggest Time Drop = Jaylen Yazdani with a 1:20.16 minute drop in the 1500 Freestyle. An overall 6.27% improvement from his previous best time!
*Most Improved = Elsa Fregoso with a 6.15 second drop in the 50 Butterfly. An overall 10.63% improvement from her previous personal best time!   * Highlights*

2026 ST ASC Spring Showcase
 The SA WAVE traveled to Austin ready to compete and returned home with a weekend full of personal bests, breakthrough swims, and memorable moments!  * 52 Personal best times! * 30 New time standard shifts!  *Biggest Time Drop = Zoe Holland with a 2:21.05 minute drop in the 800 Freestyle. An overall 17.70% improvement from her previous best time!
*Most Improved = Stella Gedminas with a 54.62 second drop in the 100 Butterfly. An overall 37.40% improvement from her previous personal best time!   * Highlights*

The SA WAVE reported for duty at the 2026 ST NIST Salute to the Troops meet, turning in strong swims and continued progress as the long course season rolls on!

Water safety starts long before summer vacation. Whether your child is heading to the pool, lake, beach, or backyard splash pad, knowing how to be safe in and around the water is a life skill every child deserves.

This month, we’re proud to support water safety education through our SwimAmerica learn-to-swim program.

From first-time swimmers to kids building confidence and stronger technique, our goal is to help every swimmer become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water.

The SA WAVE swimmers made a strong showing at the 2026 ASC Cinco de Mayo Meet, turning in fast swims, tough racing, and exciting momentum as the long course season continues to heat up!
* 95 Personal best times!
* 59 New time standard shifts!

*Biggest Time Drop = Zoe Holland with a 38.02 second drop in the 400 IM. An overall 9.08% improvement from her previous best time!
*Most Improved = Lillian Garrett with a 10.26 second drop in the 50 Backstroke. An overall 19.51% improvement from her previous best time!
