We’re going to cover mechanics, pitch development, mental training, endurance, and all the little details that help pitchers grow in the circle. Every athlete will also leave with drills, bullpen ideas, and things they can keep working on at home! 💪

Love this. 🤍 Instruction builds skill. Reassurance builds trust. The best development happens when both are given at the right time.

Some athletes need more instruction and some just need assurance that they are doing a good job.

Over the past several months, I’ve had a number of athletes and families ask why I don’t share more of what I teach online.

The honest truth is this.. I’m a coach and mentor first. I value real conversations, being present, and building relationships. I don’t spend much time on social media..even on my personal account. I believe human interactions are more meaningful. In-person training allows me to understand the pitcher beyond mechanics.. their mindset, confidence, and growth as a person. That’s where I do my best work!

At the same time, something has been pulling me in a new direction.

There are pitchers around the world who may never have access to in-person coaching, but still deserve quality instruction, structure, and guidance. If social media gives me a way to reach and mentor athletes beyond the facility, then it’s a responsibility I’m willing to step into.

Because of that, I’ll be starting to share more pitching drills, training concepts, and mental preparation insights here. I’ll also be offering virtual training for athletes who want coaching and mentorship but aren’t able to train in person.

This isn’t a shift away from what I love. it’s just an extension of it. My goal remains the same: to help pitchers develop confidence, clarity, and consistency.. on the mound and beyond it!!

I truly appreciate everyone who has encouraged me to take this step!
