FMCSA Amendment: Fuel Tank Marking §393.67(c)(11)

FMCSA removes the requirement to have a warning marking prohibiting fuel tank from being filled over 95% of its capacity.

Less than 24 hours ago, an exact example of what I spoke about at the PBMCC meeting yesterday. Hours of Service being the most violated part of the entire regulations; and a company allowing a driver to drive over their hours and a driver choosing to drive over their hours both found grossly liable.

Attorneys also attacked the lack of training, and implementation of safety policies... so here you go Midland/Odessa, right in your own backyard.

Everything I discussed summed up in one incident.
