When I hear excuses, I think of Rose Rodriguez . Shes always the first one to message. She just navigated her third major heartache in a short span of time—a weight most people would find impossible to carry. Most would use that as a reason to step back, to shut down, or to wait for "a better time."

Instead, Rose messaged me to ask when classes pick back up.

That right there? That is the definition of dedication. That is the "why" behind what I do.

Fitness is so much more than the movements we do in the gym. It’s about the mental capacity and the will to better for our health.
