Integrity is a no brainer when it comes to how valuable it is.

It never ceases to surprise me when given a choice people will more often choose what is best for them and their concerns over settling with the uncomfortable and value oriented actions of doing the right thing.

I train leaders.

It is probably one of the hardest conversations to have when one of them asks me what is wrong with their organization.

Most of the time I can trace all of the burnout, all of the heartache, all of the sabotage and communication issues with those self same leaders.

They choose gain over people.

And they pay for it. Over and over.

The sickness starts with them.

A leader without integrity is often a waste of breath.

People are always on stage, most especially leaders when they give the example that breaks with integrity why would you be surprised when your people follow suite.

It is the nature of life that change is inevitable.

Some organizations prepare for change but cannot execute because they lack transition management.
