Good morning and Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Let’s take a moment to remember why we have this 3-day weekend—to honor and reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by those who served and never came home.

Today, some of us came together for The Murph—a workout created in memory of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service.
The Murph consists of:
🇺🇸 1 mile run
🇺🇸 100 pull-ups
🇺🇸 200 push-ups
🇺🇸 300 air squats
🇺🇸 followed by another 1 mile run — all done in a weighted vest (if possible).

It’s more than a workout. It’s a tribute to the fallen. A test of grit, heart, and honor.

If you did The Murph, wear it with pride.
If you showed up and gave it your all in remembrance, we want to celebrate you.

🧠 Real Talk – No Shame, No Judgment 🙏
Saw this side-by-side and it really made me stop and think.

This isn’t about shaming anyone. It’s not about looks. It’s not about “then vs now” in a superficial sense. But I do want to ask an honest question:

What’s really happened to our health?

We live in a time where instant gratification is king. Fast food, flashy packaging, addictive convenience—all marketed to us by corporations that don’t have our wellbeing in mind. We’ve been sold the idea that comfort is the goal, and we’ve traded long-term vitality for short-term ease.

Our food system is broken. Our attention is hijacked. And somewhere along the line, our standards for what healthy even means got blurred.

So I’m asking with an open heart:
What do you think changed?
Why are we here—and how do we move forward in a way that supports real, lasting health?

Let’s talk about it—with zero judgment and a whole lot of curiosity. 👇
