We finished our 30 day weight loss challenge, and the results were awesome! Our top 3 performers were....


Mark 15 pounds

Estella 8 pounds

Stephanie 7 pounds.

Everyone worked very hard during this challenge. It was about cleaning up their diets and putting in the work. Good job all!!
