What’s going on guys Mal here 🤠
I am a online coach and personal trainer under the brand “Made By Mal”.

I specialize in nutrition and women’s health. All my clients have a hands on approach, both in person and online.

It is always my desire to inspire. Women who support women not only in the gym but I teach it as a lifestyle. My girls learn body confidence in each phase of their fitness journey, and know they are more than their outward appearance.
