🔥How Fitness change my life !! 🔥
It all started back in 2011 I had a poor Eating habits always eating McDonald’s, Greasy foods , sugary drinks , cookies, candy everything that had sugar was my go to food ,
But one day my mom told me let’s go to the doctor you seems to be peeing a lot but I hardly drank water so we went to get checked out and from something small it became something really bad and deadly for my health , The doctors came back saying my bloods sugars where high 600’s and I had high cholesterol, high blood pressure , type 2 diabetes, my left side of my heart was growing bigger from my right side because of the fat that was building up , so the doctor said if you haven’t had a heart attack now you will have one soon because of your heart problems and health issues
From that I had an option to keep doing what I was doing and die soon or live unhappy because of my health issues or become healthier and live life to the fullest so making small change like walking more , drink more water , minimize my fried food and eat at home I was able to lose a bit of weight and control my blood pressure,cholesterol, sugar levels and once I was able to do so I started going to planet fitness to become better for my self so one day I can help others how to become healthier and live life 🙌🙌🙏🏼
