💕I know how difficult it can be to struggle with body image issues, I’ve struggled with it as well. But here are some encouraging steps you can take to continue living life and making memories:
1. Keep taking pictures and making memories. You’ll look back on these one day and realize they are PRICELESS.
2. Pay attention to the content you’re digesting. Are you constantly scrolling through a feed of edited bodies? Or are you consuming positive uplifting content?
3. Change the dialogue to a positive one. One positive comment can change the entire trajectory of a conversation.
4. Strive to be the healthiest version of you, and don’t compare. Healthy looks different on everyone. As long as you are fueling your body with what it needs and getting a healthy dose of movement and exercise, that is healthy. A 6 pack and flat stomach is not maintainable by everyone and that’s okay 💖
