A paper gets placed in a backpack.
An assignment gets buried in Schoology.
A form gets set on a desk.
A reminder gets mentioned during dinner.
And then it disappears.
Not because it wasn't important.
But because it was no longer visible.
Many teens rely heavily on what they can see.
When something leaves their immediate awareness, it can leave their working memory as well.
That's why calendars, visual reminders, checklists, and routines are so powerful.
They keep important things visible long enough for action to happen.
